If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on returns and refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to MJ Labelle, a division of MILLION DOLLAR DIVA INC., 1250 René-Lévesque Blvd W, Montreal, Quebec H3B 4K4 Canada.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Products and Goods
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet the descriptions provided on our site. However, due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and no refund will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return an item. Refunds will be granted only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. If your request is received within this 10-day period and the item is postmarked within 3 days of your request, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. We will cover return shipping on orders within Canada and the United States (please note that for international orders the shipping fee will be full customer's responsibility, along with custom or other related charges).
DIGITAL PRODUCTS TRIAL
In some circumstances we offer risk-free trials. Digital trials last 7 days. You will be charged a non-refundable processing fee the day you sign up for the trial. If you decide to continue with the product after the trial period, simply do nothing--you will automatically be charged three equal monthly installments to the credit card on file. You must cancel on or before the the 7th day if you do not wish to continue, and to avoid being charged the monthly installments. You have 30-days from the date you initiated the trial to request a refund for your first installment. If a refund request is received, you will be given a full refund on the first installment. If the request is received on or after the 31st day after signing up for the trial, no refund will be issued. The processing fee for the trial is non-refundable and will not be returned, regardless of when you cancel.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning of Physical Goods
You are responsible for the risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of purchase of the Goods and proof of received return delivery.
